STUDIO RENTAL RATES

  1. Minimum 2hours booking.

  2. Full payment is required to secure the booking date. 50% of deposit is non-refundable for any changes within 4 days to booking date for loss of booking

  3. Studio bulk hour discounts are applicable to bookings via this website only and not through other venue rental sites.

  4. All booking includes the following equipment

    • 1x Universal Profoto Air Remote

    • Profoto Strobes - 3 x D1 1000W, 1x D1 500W & 1x D1 500W (slave only)

    • Jinbei LEDs - 2 x 100W & 2 x 200W

  5. Free use of all available coloured backdrops, modifiers, grips, modular furnitures and feature walls.

  6. STUDENT PRICE DISCOUNT is valid for all current NAFA and LASALLE students working on non commissioned work booking with the school email. Student price is calculated at $10 discount off respective hourly rates.
    Bookings must be done via the website with a valid school email account.

SURCHARGES

  1. Additional Hours: Respective hourly rates, student discount applicable.

  2. Before 9am / after 8pm: +$20/hr

  3. Overnight 12am and 7am : 1.5x respective hourly rates.

  4. Cleaning fee: $80 for all event / hosting booking OR if the studio is not reinstated to original state after use.

  5. Compensation: $10/m of backdrop irreversibly damaged e.g. torn, stained, crumpled

  6. Reparation and replacement: Full price for any direct damage, permanent damage or loss to equipment, furniture or fixtures.

For booking of 6hours or more, the rate is calculated based on the lowest total sum of the applicable block rate combinations in descending order.
