TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION • This form is only an enquiry, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. • Deposit is non-refundable for any changes or cancelations within 7 days of booking date. SCHEDULE • Please arrive on time as no extra time will be compensated for late arrival. • Please end on time. •All productions should start packing up 10minutes before end time to reinstate the studio condition and cleanliness. CLEANING FEE • There will be a $20 cleaning fee if the place is not reinstated. BOOKING • All bookings are subjected to availability and confirmed upon payment of deposit. • Only one transmitter up to a maximum of 3 photographers. • The studio hirer must be present for the session. • Additional hours overrun is subjected to the availability of studio. HOUSE RULES • All food and drinks should be consumed in the common area and disposed properly. • Treat all equipment with care especially the lights during production. • Please ask if you have any questions or doubts with any of the equipment. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY • The studio hirer is accountable for any damages to equipment or property. • Fallow & Light is not liable for any personal accidents and health arising from the use of equipment or property. ADDITIONAL BILLING • Overrun is billed per 30mins or part thereof at half of the respective hourly and applicable surcharge rates.
